Buyer’s Guide to Choosing Eco Labelopes

Eco labelopes provide a paper-based option for attaching invoices, packing slips and delivery documents securely to parcels, cartons and warehouse shipments. Insinc’s Pomona range includes plain document wallets and pre-printed labelopes for invoices or packing slips.

Available formats include compact 115 x 150mm labelopes, a 175 x 140mm plain option and a larger A4 format measuring 332 x 235mm. Products are supplied in cartons of 500 or 1,000 for regular warehouse and dispatch use.

Plain or Pre-Printed Labelopes?

Plain labelopes suit businesses that need a flexible document wallet for different paperwork. Pre-printed “Invoice Enclosed” and “Packing Slip Enclosed” options make the contents easier to identify during handling and delivery.

High-adhesion labelopes are also available for applications requiring a stronger bond to compatible packaging surfaces. Choose the wording and adhesive type according to the documents being enclosed and the type of carton or parcel.

Which Labelope Size Should You Choose?

The 115 x 150mm format suits folded invoices, packing slips and smaller dispatch documents. The 175 x 140mm size provides a different proportion for documents or labels that need slightly more width.

A4 paper eco labelopes provide significantly more space for larger documents without as much folding. Check the usable internal dimensions and document size before ordering.

Apply labelopes to clean, dry packaging and press the adhesive firmly into place. Paper-based construction does not automatically confirm recyclability in every waste stream, so follow the product guidance and local recycling requirements.
