Buyer’s Guide to Choosing Bamboo and Wheat-Straw Tissues
Bamboo and wheat-straw facial tissues provide alternatives to conventional paper tissues made primarily from wood fibre. They are suitable for offices, accommodation, healthcare facilities, reception areas and commercial washrooms.
Insinc’s range includes 2-ply bamboo tissues with 180 sheets per box and 3-ply wheat-straw tissues with 133 sheets per box. Both options are supplied in cartons of 36 boxes.
Bamboo or Wheat-Straw Tissues?
Bamboo tissues provide a practical 2-ply option with a higher sheet count, making them suitable for shared areas and everyday use. Wheat-straw tissues offer a thicker 3-ply format for facilities that prefer a more substantial tissue.
Bamboo and wheat straw describe the fibre source, while ply refers to the number of paper layers. Consider these features separately when comparing products.
Which Box Is Right for Your Facility?
The 180-sheet bamboo boxes require less frequent replacement and may suit busy offices, receptions and communal areas. The 133-sheet wheat-straw boxes may be preferred where tissue thickness is prioritised over the number of sheets.
Both products come in cartons of 36 boxes, so consider available storage space and expected usage before ordering.
