Buyer’s Guide to Choosing Soap and Sanitiser Dispensers

Wall-mounted soap and sanitiser dispensers provide convenient, controlled access to hand hygiene products in offices, schools, hospitality venues, healthcare facilities and commercial washrooms. Capacities range from compact 350ml dispensers to larger 800ml and 1.1-litre models, with black, silver and white finishes available for different interiors.

Liquid or Foaming Soap Dispenser?

Liquid dispensers are designed for compatible flowing hand soaps and liquid sanitisers. Foaming dispensers require a suitable foaming product and pump mechanism, so standard liquid soap should not automatically be used in them.

Compact 350ml dispensers suit lower-use areas, while 800ml and 1.1-litre units reduce refill frequency in busier commercial facilities.

Bulk Fill or Cartridge System?

Bulk-fill dispensers can be refilled from larger containers, providing flexibility when purchasing soap or sanitiser in volume. Cartridge systems use compatible sealed refills and may make product changes and maintenance more straightforward.

Check the required refill type before ordering, as cartridges, liquid soap and foaming soap are not always interchangeable. Clean the dispenser regularly and avoid mixing different products in the reservoir.
