Takeaway coffee cups are available in sizes for espresso, flat whites, standard coffees and large hot drinks. Insinc’s range includes single-wall cups with PLA, plastic-free or conventional PE linings, along with compatible CPLA and pulp lids, cup sleeves and wooden stirrers.

Cup sizes range from 4oz to 20oz, with selected products available in sleeves of 50 or bulk cartons of 1,000 to 2,000 cups.

Which Coffee Cup Size and Style Should You Choose?

Four-ounce cups suit espresso and sampling, while 6oz and 8oz cups are suitable for smaller coffees. Ten-ounce and 12oz cups cover many standard takeaway drinks, while 16oz and 20oz options suit larger servings.

Single-wall cups may require a cardboard sleeve for comfortable handling. Match the cup size to your menu, serving volume and existing equipment rather than relying on ounce capacity alone, as capacities can vary between ranges.

Which Lid Fits Your Coffee Cup?

Coffee cup lids are not universally interchangeable. Match the lid diameter to the cup rim, with listed options including approximately 62–63mm for 4oz cups, 72mm for selected 6oz cups, 79–80mm for smaller cups and 89–90mm for many 10oz to 20oz formats.

PLA-lined, CPLA-lidded and plastic-free products have different material compositions and disposal requirements. Compostability depends on the complete cup-and-lid combination, product certification and acceptance by an appropriate composting facility.
